Presidential directive that all Government services be on-boarded to the e-Citizen
portal, and therefore going forward, all document authentication services shall be
submitted through the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs online platform
mfa.ecitizen.go.ke. In order to access these services, Kenyans and other clients are required to create
individual e-Citizen account.

Kenya Government.
